SNAP 2019 

SNAP 2019 (Symbiosis National Aptitude Paper) is a national level MBA Entrance test. It is the path for admission to some of the top MBA colleges in the country. SNAP 2019 will be conducted for admission into the upcoming batch of MBA (2020 2022). SNAP is conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed) University. The exam is conducted once every year. This year SNAP exam will be held on 15th December 2019

Symbiosis International (Deemed University) has prescribed the eligibility criteria of SNAP 2019. According to SNAP 2019 eligibility criteria mentions the educational qualifications that are required by the candidates to appear for the exam. SNAP eligibility criteria 2019 states different parameters for different categories.

Students belonging to the general category must obtain a minimum of 50% marks in their graduation. Whereas, students belonging to SC or ST categories must obtain a minimum of 45% marks at the graduation level

Important note for students in the final year of graduation: During the qualifying admission process student is subjected to obtain a minimum of 50% marks

As per eligibility criteria of SNAP 2019, for the SC and ST categories minimum of 45% marks are necessary. However, the admission for such students will be provisional. In case of non-fulfillment of the above criteria, admissions are subjected to be canceled

Students must obtain any one of the following with a minimum of 50% marks for general category and a minimum of 45% for SC and St categories

Master of Business Administration (Business Analytics)

Students must be a graduate from recognized universities/ Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 50% marks under general category. Whereas, student belonging to SC or ST categories must have minimum of 45% marks. They should also have minimum two years full time work experience after completion of graduation.

Students must obtain the equivalence certificate from AIU (Association of Indian universities) in case the student is qualifying from a foreign university

SCIT Master of Business Administration (Data Sciences & Data Analytics)

Graduation in mathematics at +2 level is a must for the student from recognized universities or statutory university with a minimum of 50% marks under general category. Whereas, students belonging to SC or ST categories must have a minimum of 45% marks

Students must obtain the equivalence certificate from AIU (Association of Indian universities) in case the student is qualifying from a foreign university.

SIOM Nashik Master of Business Administration (Operations Management)

Students must possess graduation in Technology or Engineering from recognized universities or statutory university with a minimum of 50% marks under general category. Whereas, students belonging to SC or ST categories must have a minimum of 45% marks

Students must obtain the equivalence certificate from AIU (Association of Indian universities) in case the student is qualifying from a foreign university

SIMS Master of Business Administration

Students must be a graduate from recognized universities or statutory university with a minimum of 50% marks under general category. Whereas, students belonging to SC or ST categories must have minimum of 45% marks

Students must obtain the equivalence certificate from AIU (Association of Indian universities) in case the student is qualifying from a foreign university

Students pursuing the final year of graduation can also apply to pertain to obtain a minimum of 50% marks during the time of admission. On the other hand, SC and ST are subjected to obtain 45% marks during the times of admission

What's new in SNAP Exam Pattern 2019?

The trend for special questions, total questions. total marks and marking scheme for normal questions has been changed in 2019. In 2018, the total questions asked were 130 while it has been reduced to 110 in 2019. In 2018, the marking scheme for normal questions for each section was 1 (per correct answer), but it is 1 mark for Data interpretation, data sufficiency, and quantitative and Current affairs while 1.5 marks for General English and Analytical and Logical Reasoning in 2019. Last year, five special questions were asked from all the four sections, but in SNAP 2019 only five special questions will be asked from Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency. SNAP 2018 had four sections - General English, Logical and analytical reasoning, Data interpretation, data sufficiency, and quantitative and current affairs while current affairs is now no longer a section to be answered in SNAP 2019. Changes in the total marks, as well as the number of questions, can also be seen.

How To Fill SNAP Registration Form 2019

Step 1 - Visit the official site

Candidates will have to first register on the official site by clicking on the link that is given above.

Step 2 - Click on the new user tab

Once the candidates click on the official link, they will be directed to the page where they will get to see SNAP registration tab. After the candidates click on New Registration Tab.

Step 3 - Read the terms and conditions and then click on ˜I agree' tab

Candidates after clicking on the ˜I agree' tab will be directed to a new tab wherein they will have to fill all the necessary details. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number of the candidate.

Step 4 - Re-login

In order to fill SNAP registration form 2019, candidates will have to fill all the necessary details in the registration form of SNAP 2019.

Step 5 - Pay the registration fee: Once the candidates have filled the necessary information, candidates will have to pay the fee for SNAP registration form 2019 through any one of the following modes of payments:

  • Online payment through Bill desk Payment Gateway

    • Candidates will have to pay the non-refundable fee for SNAP registration 2019 through cash also. For that candidates will have to first print the 'Axis Bank or Indian Bank Challan' from the official website
    • Candidates will have to pay Rs 1750 in cash at Indian Bank or Axis Bank
    • The bank will return to the candidate two stamped parts of the 'Axis Bank or Indian Bank Challan'
    • Candidates will have to keep the candidate copy as receipt of payment
    • Once the candidates have received the payment receipt, they will have to sign the stamped 'Symbiosis copy' of the 'Axis Bank or Indian Bank Challan' and send it to the Symbiosis Test Secretariat.


SNAP 2019 admit card

Symbiosis International (deemed university) will release SNAP admit card 2019 on December 2, 2019. Students can download the admit card of SNAP 2019 after the realization of payment only. SNAP 2019 Admit Card carried information like Candidate's Name, Photograph & Signature, Date & Time of the exam, Exam Centre Name & Address, Exam day instructions and more. SNAP 2019 admit card is required to be carried by the students on the day of examination.
