Why IPM Course?

Over the years, for the students, the IPM course has become a credible option apart from Engineering, Law, and Medical. Now, a student aspiring to pursue a career in management need not diverge from his path by going for engineering or law. IPM stands out in terms of the environment that it provides and the time that it gives a student to think and plan his/her life and align reality with his/her aspirations. Some of the reasons why IPM is a great choice for students are:

  • IIM After 10 + 2: The IPM program is a gateway to two of the top IIMs- Indore & Rohtak. As IPM is still in its preliminary stages of acquiring the interest of young aspirants; it provides the chance of making it to the IIM, especially when the competition is less. While almost 2.1 lakh students appear for CAT every year, only about 18-20,000 appear for the IPM test. Comparing it with the B.Tech graduates who pursue an MBA after engineering and spend 6 years in doing so, IPM saves one year of the students, as it gets completed in a span of 5 years.
  • Comprehensive Education: A big reason for IPM’s uniqueness is its briefly planned and structured curriculum. IPM provides the necessary knowledge and skills, not only just in the field of management, but also in various other subjects. Furthermore, the students’ intellect is nurtured and nourished by the world-class IIM faculty.
  • The IIM Brand Value: The unmatched IIM degree adds immense value to a candidate’s testimonials. A junior college passed-out student can aspire to get benefitted from this brand value without having to do a separate undergraduate course in any other field.
  • Better Placements: In direct comparison with engineering and law, the IPM is quite ahead with regard to placements. While a fresher graduating from an engineering college walks off with an annual salary package between 3 – 7 lakhs, an IPM graduate gets accredited with a salary package between 15 – 20 lakhs per annum. Apart from money, MBA students start their careers in a steady position. While an engineer starts his career in the most subordinate level of management, an MBA from an IIM joins an organization at the mid or senior management levels.
