About AIMS - ATMA

The Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) was founded in 1988 as a registered society. AIMS is a non-profit professional organization which has grown into a powerful network of over 740 top management schools of national and international repute in the country including IIMs, ISB, Xavier Institutes, Welingkar, MDI, S P Jain, ICFAI and NMIMS.

ATMA is a credible, comprehensive and single-window test for admissions to numerous Post-Graduate Management Programs like MBA, PGDM, MCA*, MMS* and other management post graduate courses (subject to local regulations). ATMA is a high quality, online objective type Nationally accepted entrance test. This test is recognized by AICTE and Ministry of HRD, Government of India and is conducted across all the states in India.

ATMA seeks to become a benchmark test in the world of Management Education. ATMA does not require any specific prior knowledge of business or other subject areas, nor does it seek to measure achievement in any field. The Test is designed to assess the aptitude of the students for Higher Management Education and primarily consists of sections on verbal, quantitative and analytical reasoning skills.

ATMA 2019 Syllabus: Analytical Reasoning Skills

In this section, students who will be appearing for the entrance test will be tested on their basic knowledge of reasoning topics and how well candidates have the ability to solve reasoning questions which will include following Topics:

ATMA 2019 Syllabus: Verbal Skills

In this section, Questions will be asked to assess the candidates on concepts such as Grammar & Spelling, Vocabulary, Antonyms, Synonyms. Candidates who have a good command over English will be easily able to score in this section. This will also include Reading comprehension which will have passage-based questions.

In which students have to read the passage and understand the same thoroughly and then answer the questions accordingly. If you have a good capability of reading articles then it will be easy for the candidates to ace in this section. Eligibility Criteria

  • The applying candidates should have completed their graduation from a recognized university.
  • The candidates in their final year are also eligible for ATMA 2020.
  • The candidates should have scored a minimum of 50% marks in their qualifying exam.
  • The minimum age of the candidate should not be less than 21 years.

ATMA Result

Steps to Download score card are given below

  • Go to official website of ATMA
  • Click on ˜login'
  • Select the exam date
  • Enter PID and password
  • click on log in
  • Scorecard will appear on the screen
  • Take the printout of Score Card

ATMA Application Form

  • The application form for ATMA 2020 will be available through online mode only from the official website
  • The aspirants need to enter their mobile number or E-Mail ID before proceeding to registration.
  • The candidates must fill their details such as Name, E-Mail ID, Mobile Number, and Date of Birth.
  • After registering successfully, the applicants have to take two prints of the complete Application Form.
  • Then, the applicant will get an automatically generated email consisting of the login details of the candidate like username, and password.

Application Fee of ATMA 2020

The application form fee for ATMA is Rs. 1,298 /-. This application form fee is non-refundable or non-transferable to other examinations under any circumstances once the applicant has paid the application form fee. There are two modes available for paying the application form fee.

Concession in Fees

  • 25% Concession in Fees is applicable for Women candidates.
  • 50% Concession is applicable for candidates belonging to North Eastern States of India (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura).
  • Students availing of concession in fees in the Women and North Eastern category should upload their appropriate proof during registration (Aadhar card both sides and Birth Certificate). If the proof is not appropriate, then the candidate will not be allowed to proceed with the registration process.
